In this course, we’ll explore concepts such as quantifying uncertainty, probability, cognitive science and
game theory with real-life scenarios: how insurance works, auction theory, Nash equilibrium, stable
matching, probability paradoxes (i.e. the two envelope problem), Bayes Theorem, and more topics
related to economics. We’ll take intermissions from these studies to occasionally play with the axioms
of mathematics. We’ll meet on Zoom and use Google slides/docs/sheets/jamboards to collaborate.
